Quotes will be received until 11:00 AM March 4, 2026 via email to janicerussell@amoryschools.com. Include
your SPIN number, and service provider must be in good standing with USAC. These items will be
purchased through E-Rate.
The district reserves the right to purchase none or up to the quantity listed.
Bid evaluation will be based on the following points:
• Price of eligible products (50)
• Prior experience with the vendor (25)
• Understanding needs (15)
• Local or in-state vendor (10)
