6973GH-25-C-00099 - CBP RVSS-NB CLEAR ALIGN EQUIP - AWARD NOTICE

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded contract 6973GH-25-C-00099 to Clear Align LLC for procurement of surveillance cameras, pan tilt units, and other support equipment manufactured by Clear Align LLC. The contract is a one-time, firm fixed-price award.

Clear Align LLC, Nashua, NH, is the only known source provide the required materials requested. Clear Align LLC owns the proprietary data rights for these cameras.

A market survey (6973GH-24-RFI-00010) was posted to the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) web site on August 16, 2024, and closed August 23, 2024. Two responses were received in response to the market survey. BHPE was determined non-responsive to additional information requested. Clear Align responded to confirm they are the single source for this procurement. Additionally, a Notice of Intent to Single Source (6973GH-25-R-00065) was posted to the SAM.gov web site on January 24, 2025, and closed January 29, 2025. Controp responded to the notice of intent, but it was determined they could not meet the current requirement.

The Total Estimated Potential Value (TEPV) of the contract, base period and four option periods, is $6,053,825.00.
