Services to be Performed 1. Annual Audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Rural Utilities Services (RUS) accounting requirements.
2. Federal filings for the organizations, including Form 990 and Single Audits when applicable
3. Management letter communicating any significant deficiencies or material weaknesses in internal control over financial reporting that were identified during the audit
4. Meetings with the Board of Directors as necessary
