High School Stadium Scoreboard Replacement

Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 47,000 students and 6,400 staff members.

The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the turnkey replacement of high school stadium scoreboards at the five LISD high schools, as part of the 2024 Bond Program. The project involves replacing with new, the current scoreboards and time clocks, while reusing existing structures and infrastructure. The scope includes electrical and communication/fiber installations.

This project may be awarded to one or multiple vendors by campus, multiple campuses, or all five high schools as determined to be the best value to Lewisville Independent School District.

This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) follows Government Code 2269.

Estimated construction/public works costs (subject to change): $650,000. This number will change as the project is developed but should be used as an estimate for the purposes of this CSP.

The estimated completion date for this project: August 1, 2025.

Although the District is specifically requesting the pricing and specifications set forth in the line items of this solicitation, vendors may provide alternative options as a part of this open solicitation process.

The architect drawings and specifications are provided by LISD's Architect,  Glenn Partners for this project, as outlined in the design documents (attached under the "Attachments" tab of this proposal).
