Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Invitation for Bid is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Well Abandonment McCarty Extension to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Invitation for Bid.
Background
This well is currently located inside an above ground impound that is difficult to get to with traditional equipment. The well is currently flowing and the exact diameter and depth is unknown.
Timeline
Important: For the Pre-Proposal Meeting, proposers must print and bring a hard copy of the solicitation, as the City will not provide copies at the meeting.
Following the pre-proposal meeting, a site visit (walk-through) will be conducted. The well associated with this project is located within an above-ground impoundment that presents access challenges for traditional equipment. The well is currently flowing, and its exact diameter and depth are unknown.
