The Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (RCO-HI), has a requirement to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for cable television and commercial internet subscription services on Army installations and service locations in Hawaii.
- Provide continuous, uninterrupted cable and internet services (must be able to provide both).
- Provide services for a 12-month base period with four potential 12-month option periods.
- Provide High-speed internet with up to 1 Gb download and 35 Mb upload speeds.
- Provide Standard HD cable television service, initial installation with a static IP.
- Provide monthly equipment rental for internet modems and cable television receivers.
- Provide a physical location for customer service and support.
