The purpose of this Addendum #1 is as follows:

To provide response to RFIs issued as part of the Pre-Bid RFI questions.
To provide clarification for Pre-Bid meeting questions from 04/24/2025.
To provide list of drawing and specification changes included as part of Addendum-1 Changes. A change narrative is included as part of this addendum detailing changes in respective drawings and specification for contractor’s tracking for Bid.
All other terms and conditions in the IFB remain the same.
