The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with Ideacom Mid-America INC for continued managed helpdesk support of R4k, Versus, Accutech, WaveWare and Ascom, referred to by MDVA as Nurse Call and Wander Prevention System.
The services include but are not limited to remote troubleshooting and support for any issues with the following supported technologies, software upgrades, remote adds and changes, acting as Tech liaison and annual recertification of equipment. With Ideacom Mid-America retaining exclusive ownership rights of their software, maintenance and support services, this must be renewed direct and has been deemed a sole source.
