The intent of these specifications shall describe the work and products needed to clean the windows inside and out at nineteen (19) locations.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Non-Mandatory walk will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 2, 2025. Contractors shall meet in the East Plaza of the Public Service Center located at 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660. The tour will include the exterior of several County buildings within the downtown campus.
