Description

The U.S. Consulate General in Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to WW. GRAINGER, INC., for diagnostic test equipment and tools for the Building Automation System maintenance, approved by OBO/FAC/AMT log. Given the unusual and compelling urgency of the request, and the vendor’s past performance, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
