All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile,
or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bialteral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the following changes:
1. The quantity of the current requirement is hereby increased by 5 each from 5 each for a total of 10 each.
2. This solicitation is hereby extended until November 29, 2024.

or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
This RFQ is for a spares buy. The Small Business Administration representative at NAVSUP WSS has reviewed this requirement and determined that a set-aside recommendation was not applicable for this procurement.
This contract/delivery/purchase order/modification is issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmitted facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes
bilateral agreement to issue this contract/delivery order/ purchase order/modification.
