Description

The PEO DHMS is conducting market research to inform acquisition planning for the ESS Next requirement. ESS Next must provide infrastructure, environments, and services to support development, integration, and testing for PEO DHMS stakeholders, including their various programs and contract support. The agency seeks innovative solutions to achieve the following high-level objectives:




  • Optimized and Consolidated Infrastructure and Facilities

  • Modernized, Secure, and Operationally Aligned Service Delivery

  • Integrated and Efficient Testing and Validation Services

  • Enterprise Tooling to Enable Product Delivery

  • Transparent and Cost-Effective Platform Service

  • Seamless Operational Continuity and User Support



This RFI seeks industry feedback on the attached Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Current State Analysis to inform acquisition strategy decisions. Responses will help refine requirements, identify innovative approaches, and ensure effective competition.



Respondents may address all or some of the questions outlined in the RFI. Responses should be concise, no longer than 10 pages, and submitted electronically by April 9, 2026



Please note: proprietary information must be clearly marked, and permission for contractor support personnel to access proprietary data must be explicitly stated.
