C5613187-D Seamless Flooring Installation

The Contractor shall install approximately 2,300 square feet of seamless vinyl flooring and shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet.  The Contractor shall include all labor, equipment, parts, non-consumable supplies, devices, materials, tools, licenses, supervision, insurance, bonds, travel and per diem,  and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship (CCM) Program, San Quentin Rehabilitation Center (SQRC), located at 100 Main St. San Quentin, CA 94964.
