Sealed proposals will be received from Bidders by the City of De Soto, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, at De Soto City Hall, 32905 W. 84th Street, De Soto, Kansas, until the above time for the construction of the 125,000 Gallon Waverly Water Tower.

A pre-bid conference or formal bid opening conference will be held by the Owner at De Soto City Hall, 32905 W. 84th Street, De Soto, Kansas at the above time.

This project includes the demolition of existing City of De Soto Waverly Water Tower, the construction of a new 125,000 gallon elevated storage water tower, gravel pad, miscellaneous electrical work, site piping, landscaping, appurtenances, tank coatings, and the installation of a mixer. The contractor shall submit questions in writing to sarah.white@pec1.com . All questions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, March 2nd, 2026. Any questions received after that may not be answered.
