Project Description: It is the intention of the City of Round Rock to select a prime contractor by using the Competitive Bidding Method for the demolition of a residential building & debris removal located at 1004 East Rock Cove in Round Rock, Texas 78664. The Project includes the demolition of one residential building, above ground pool, spa, out buildings, property fence, removal and disposal of RV's and all debris.
