The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (LVMWD or District) is seeking Proposals for Laboratory Services for Water Quality Testing . Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lvmwd , no later than 3:30 pm on Friday, February 27, 2026 .

Background

The District operates an on site Water Quality Laboratory, which maintains Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) certifications for over 50 water quality analytes. For analytes not conducted on the premises, the District contracts with an accredited laboratory to conduct additional analytical testing required for permit compliance.
