Project Description: The project involves the installation of a new, roof-mounted make-up air unit to serve the
existing kitchen. Work includes general, mechanical and electrical including, but not
limited to, new steel framing, new roof opening, new make-up air unit, new ductwork and
diffusers, new cabinet unit heater, ceiling removal and reinstallation and miscellaneous
finishes.
