Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of DFCM Approved Special Inspection Firms to perform Special Inspection & Testing services for the following project: Utah State University - Animal Science Renovation and Expansion
Please Note: Whether working for a DFCM Prequalified Code Inspection Firm or independently, all special inspections contractors, material testing labs, and special inspectors working on DFCM projects must be listed on the DFCM Approved Special Inspection Firms, Material Testing Labs, & Special Inspectors list.
Project Description: This project will substantially renovate the historic Animal Sciences Building on the quad at Utah State University as well as constructing a new addition to the north of the building.
Estimated Inspections Budget: $192,438.00
