This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (the “AGLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Customer Service and Contact Centre Research & Advisory Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The AGLC is seeking a subscription tool with supporting advisory and research services that provides strategic insight, market intelligence and expert guidance to support program delivery.
