UCFS General Administration- Exterior Painting

UCFS Healthcare is looking for bids to paint the exterior of our General Administration building (including columns) located at 34 East Town Street, Norwich. Bid should include the following: Mask all windows to protect from paint and paint debris, scrap and sand the entire exterior and clean by power washing. Strip the paint from the siding where it is excessively peeling, sand out rough areas, putty all nail holes in trim work. Caulk all trim work where there are gaps, to protect from water damage, sand all window, door fascia and soffit trim. Prime all nail heads, bare wood siding and trim with oil base primer. Apply fresh start primer on all services followed by two finish coats. All paint to be applied with brush and rollers to ensure the paint is pressed into the wood ensuring quality and a long-lasting paint job. Color scheme to be determined by owner.
