Fulfillment Services

The Ohio Department of Development (ODOD), Office of TourismOhio, seeks a Vendor to provide storage, fulfillment, and distribution services for the annual Ohio Travel Guide . The Vendor must collaborate closely with ODOD divisions, including Finance, TourismOhio, and the contracted Call Center, to ensure efficient, accurate, cost-effective, and timely fulfillment operations. Vendors are encouraged to propose best practices to optimize service delivery.
