Summary

The objective of this project is to contract with a national standardized testing service to provide examinations of lead inspectors, lead risk assessors, lead abatement contractors, lead abatement project designers, clearance technicians and lead abatement workers and to evaluate the competency of Ohio’s nurse aides using an evaluation/examination process.

Process

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH # SRC0000032019 . Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ODH RFP # SRC0000032019 /DOH57403 - Technical Proposal” and "ODH RFP # SRC0000032019 /DOH57403 - - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
