The Government proposes to price the part numbers (P/Ns) found in attachment “SPRRA225R0070 Parts List” to support the Patriot Missile System. These P/Ns will be added to the new Raytheon Corporate Contract. The Raytheon Corporate Contract is in the process of being finalized. Until then, the Defense Logistics Agency is continuing to issue solicitations against the new contract, which is being worked under SPRBL1-25-R-0001. The P/Ns in the attachment referenced above will be placed on the new indefinite delivery requirements type contract (Contract number TBD) to support the Patriot Radar and BMC41 upgrades in support of Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC).
This item is restricted to: RAYTHEON, CAGE CODE: 05716. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to the POCs listed with this announcement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
