This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to procure actuarial consulting services to review certain rate and rate-related filings to determine compliance with the Insurance Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland (hereinafter “Insurance Article”), COMAR, Actuarial Standards of Practice (ASOPs) as promulgated by the American Academy of Actuaries (AAA) and possibly other actuarial-related items in conjunction with such reviews, as more fully described in Section 2 and 3 of this RFP.
