Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision for ground cover maintenance on an as required basis at the following locations:

Tollgate Landfill, 703 N. Tollgate Road, Bel Air, MD 21014

Bush Valley Landfill 1341 Bush Road, Abingdon, MD 21009

814 Philadelphia Road, Joppa, MD 20185
-
Harford Waste Disposal Center, 3241 Scarboro Road, Street MD 21154

Other landfill sites as directed by MES.
MES will only accept Electronic Bids on
MES Procurement Portal

). Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted. Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department

to determine if their Bids were received on time.
Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.
