Project Description: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) seeks qualified Contractors to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein of bagged and liquid chemicals delivered FOB destination to NFTA’s and Niagara Frontier Transit Metro Systems, Inc’s (NFTM) facilities located in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Cheektowaga, NY.
