Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from public or private non-profit entities for eligible multi-family acquisition rehabilitation projects, including both multi-family acquisition rehabilitation and/or conversion rental housing and multi-family acquisition rehabilitation and/or conversion homeownership housing. The project's estimate is $3,800,000.00.
