NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract POWER PLANT SWITCHGEAR & GENERATOR REPLACEMENT 26-069-FM on or before August 28, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management is seeking bidders to replace major electrical equipment at the DuPage County Power Plant located at 410 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Awarded bidder shall provide all labor, services and materials needed to complete work described in the specifications.
