Project Description: INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL
Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for Athletic Transportation Services
for Montgomery County Community College, RFP# 2 FY27.
Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers beginning September 25, 2026, through PennBid (https://pennbid.net/). Registration is free. A virtual mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held on October 1, 2026, at 11 a.m. EST. Further details are available on PennBid. Questions must be submitted via PennBid by 4 p.m. EST on October 7, 2026.
Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid, by 4:00 p.m. EST on October 12, 2026.
Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the proposal documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
