The scope of work for the project will include abatement of any hazardous materials and demolition of the existing 226,800-square-foot, three-story Augustus F. Hawkins building at the MLK Medical Campus. Site work includes stabilization, grading, hydroseeding, irrigation, fencing and footings to protect the space for future development.
