UKG TeleStaff Configuration and Optimization Services

Seminole County intends to renew a sole-source procurement with UKG Kronos System for the configuration and optimization of the current workforce management software UKG TeleStaff.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from UKG, Inc., dated May 8, 2025, UKG Telestaff Software is sold and serviced only through UKG and its authorized affiliates.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “project documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”. If applicable, upload documentation to support your position.
