The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Health from potential Suppliers to provide a contract to establish an electronic intervention referral system that facilitates the referral process of patients seen at the county department of health offices to qualified addiction treatment centers. The referral system must have an electronic smartphone application and a web-based referral system that specializes in the substance use disorder field to automate substance use disorder and behavioral health patient referrals to SUD and behavioral health providers.
