Scope: The scope of work will include accessibility renovations in restrooms and showers; repair of cracks in the pool concrete; repair and patching of spalling concrete in the pool foundation and crawl space and utility tunnels; replacement of HVAC equipment and controls; replacement of plumbing equipment, piping and fixtures; replacement of electrical panelboards and distribution equipment and controls, incidental finish and building work to support the MEP equipment and piping replacements.
