NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC

Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as

listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.

Single Source – Personal Property Tax Audit

The identified vendor will:

Be proficient in conducting comprehensive personal property audits to verify accuracy of

personal property schedules and tax filings and asset valuations.

1. Be able to to identify unregistered non-reporting or under reporting commercial entities.

2. Be able to generate comprehensive audit workpapers, adjustment summaries and final

reportin documents compliance finding in accordance with TN state statues

3. Provide support and defense of audit findings during administrative reviews and appeals

before te Board of Equalization.

Procurement Timing/Deadlines:

1. Services will be used from 7/1/26 – 06/30/27

In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on

the County’s website for seven (7) business days prior to award.

Notice expires on August 14, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
