NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – Shelter for Domestic Violence Victims in Immediate
Danger
The identified vendor will:
1. Provide two (2) two (2)-bedroom apartments.
2. Allow families to stay in each apartment.
3. Clean, restock, and rekey each apartment after a family leaves and before a new family
moves in.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
Enter specific timeline to be met for delivery of goods/services
1. Provide items 1-3, as shown above in “Specification/Scope of Work”, for $3000.00 per
month for the period of July 1, 2026 thru June 30, 2027 for a total amount not to exceed
$36,000.00
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) business days prior to award.
Notice expires on August 14, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
