Fairfax County Park Authority is soliciting pre-bid qualifications for the construction ofthe Rock Hill District Park Multi-Use Fields located at 15150 Old Lee Rd, Chantilly,VA 20151. Only firms that have been pre-qualified in accordance with the proceduresin the Pre-qualification Application will be eligible to submit bids for this project. Bidsreceived from those who have not been pre-qualified will not be considered.Construction bids for this project are currently scheduled to be opened in November2026.The project may include the construction of two (2) natural surface, rectangular multiuse Fields with a synthetic turf Cricket pitch, including site preparation, grading,stormwater management, dormant Bermuda turf establishment, fencing, asphalt trails,ADA parking, and related site amenities at Rock Hill District Park. The Contractor shallcoordinate all work, sequencing, site access, and subcontractors to maintain safe siteoperations and minimize impacts to adjacent facilities.Sealed hardcopy submission of pre-qualification Applications are to be receivedon or before 4:30 PM on September 10, 2026.
