ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at DPW Pocatello Field
Office, 611 Wilson, Suite 1, Pocatello, Idaho until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, September 10,
2026 for DPW Project 26233 Eames Building 96 Remodel, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the remodel of approximately 24,000
sq ft of existing unused research space into new classrooms, studio spaces, and offices.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing
local time, at the ISU Eames Building #96, 1999 Alvin Ricken Dr., Pocatello, Idaho. Bidders are
encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
