Pre-Procure Disaster/Weather Relief NEW!

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: In anticipation of potential natural disasters, extreme weather events, or other emergency situations, Washington County is implementing a Pre-Procurement Plan to streamline the process of acquiring essential goods, services, and resources from pre-approved vendors. This plan outlines the process by which vendors will be selected and pre-approved to ensure a rapid and effective response to any disaster or emergency situation.

REQUIREMENT:  Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:

1. Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
2. Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.

Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection

Information:  For additional information, bidders shall direct inquiries to the Washington County Purchasing Office .

Time Schedule:

1. RFP posted on County website on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
2. RFP request for clarifications to be submitted by 2:00 PM on Monday, May 12, 2025.
3. RFP due at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
4. RFP opened at 9:00 AM, Thursday, May 29, 2025.
