EAST AURORA EFFLUENT FILTERS REPLACEMENT
CONTRACT NO. 23
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals for the above referenced contract will be
received by the Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning
(ECDEP) on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 until 10:00 am, local time, at 95 Franklin Street,
Room 1034, Buffalo, New York, 14202, at which time they will be publicly opened and read
aloud in Room 1004.
The Project includes the demolition of an existing traveling bridge sand filtration system and
construction of a new cloth media filter effluent filtration system within the Filter Building of the
East Aurora Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF).
Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference on Thursday, January 15, 2026
at 1:00 pm at East Aurora WRRF, 201 Mill St, East Aurora, NY 14052.
