Project description:
Under this project, the Contractor will perform renovations to the Marin County Parks Department’s Lucas Valley Field Office.  Scope of work will include reconfiguration of the interior space to create a new kitchen, meeting room, restrooms, locker room, and miscellaneous support spaces; upgrades to the building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, communications and fire alarm systems; minor structural work; new interior finishes, new millwork, appliances and other appurtenances; select repairs to the building exterior including siding, gutters and downspouts, fencing and paved pathways; and construction of a new ADA parking space.
