NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Quotes will be received for the Contract HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL 26-022-FM on or before February 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Quotes must be received prior to the date and time shown above.


Electronic signatures are allowed, and Quotes do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Quotes transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management is seeking bids for hazardous waste disposal services. Awarded bidder shall pack or overpack, transport and properly dispose of landscape related hazardous waste that are no longer needed. Awarded bidder shall comply with hazardous waste requirements and provide hazardous waste manifest to the County. Below are the descriptions, trade names and sizes.

Awarded bidder shall document and provide the County with hazardous waste manifests and disposal verifications and shall comply with all Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) handling, transportation, and disposal requirements.
