NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – Medical Oxygen, Specialty Gases, and Cylinder Rental
Services
The identified vendor will:
Deliver items to our fire stations on demand, including during emergency situations. These
services include medical oxygen, specialty gases, and cylinder rental tanks. Tennessee
regulations always require medical oxygen and cylinders on-hand for each ambulance in
service.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on September 9, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
