The Minnesota Department of Public Safety; Minnesota State Patrol intends to send one of their leadership command staff to the National Criminal Justice Command College it is a distinguished program for law enforcement leaders from across the country. Focused on leadership, innovation and collaboration, the NCJCC provides an integrated, forward-looking approach to solving contemporary public safety challenges. This includes (2) eight-week virtual courses and (2) in-residence sessions of 1 weeks each (out of state) culminating in a 2-week in residence session. Developing leaders is critical to the succession planning of the Minnesota State Patrol.
