ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City of Niles, Office of the
Mayor, 34 West State Street, Niles, Ohio 44446 until 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025
and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the

NILES-CARVER ROAD WATERMAIN INSTALL
OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $235,000.00.
COMPLETION DATE: June 26, 2026

The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid
information (but not the bid forms) may be viewed and/or downloaded for free via the
internet at https://bids.verdantas.com . The bidder shall be responsible to check for
Addenda and obtain same from the web site.
