Pre-Bid Date and Time

• September 9, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.
• THE PRE-BID MEETING IS MANDATORY FOR ALL BIDDERS. Please RSVP by contacting Joey Renenger at (406) 841-4009 or Joey.Renenger@mt.gov , or John Bach at (406) 526-3577 or John.Bach@interstateeng.com .

• The pre-bid will begin by meeting at the Fort Peck Hatchery, 277 Hwy 117. The walk through will include a tour of the Fort Peck Dam powerhouse. In order to enter the powerhouse, all participants must be wearing closed toe shoes, safety vests, and hard hats.

Sealed Bid Opening Date and Time

• September 23, 2026 at 3:00 P.M.
• The Bid Opening will be available for viewing via teleconference and will also be posted on the FWP D&C Website: Upcoming Bid Openings | Montana FWP. Information regarding the teleconference will be posted on the FWP D&C Website on the day of the meeting.
