Saskatchewan Polytechnic Tower Envelope Repairs

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of LLM24001a – Saskatchewan Polytechnic – Tower Envelope Repairs, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars for masonry construction (Appendix A).

The project will consist of repairs to the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Regina Campus Tower envelope’s brick veneer between floors four to eleven at the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Regina Campus. The building will be occupied during construction and the qualified contractors will have a proven track record of working on projects of this scale and exposure to the public. The work will consist of brick repointing, crack repairs, installation of new masonry tie-back anchors, localized demolition and modification of the backup wall assembly at select locations.
