Replace the existing natural gas generator behind the Olmsted Bldg at Penn State Harrisburg with a new larger natural gas generator.
The Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) has delegated this project to Penn State. This bid opening will be a public webinar held via Zoom Meeting.
Bids will be received electronically only through the Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder) Bid Portal. Bids in any format other than the specified one will not be accepted.
