ONLY SUBMISSIONS THROUGH BONFIRE WILL BE ACCEPTED: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish contract/s through competitive negotiations with one or more qualified vendors to provide commercial and/or residential property management services for Commercial properties located in Arlington, VA and Residential rental properties located at our MasonVale complex in Fairfax, Virginia and townhomes located in Manassas, Virginia for the Auxiliary and Operations (A&O)/Real Estate Department of George Mason University. This solicitation has two (2) separate scopes of work available for offer: (1) Scope 1 (Attachment D) is for Residential Property Management Services for our residential properties located in Fairfax, VA and Manassas, VA and;(2) Scope 2 (Attachment E) is for Commercial Property Management Services for our commercial properties located in Arlington, VA.
