Amendment 1 , resulting in  Round 2 is issued to solicit additonal proposals for thisSolicitation. All proposals submitted under Round One will need to be resubmitted under this Lot One Round Two.

To meet the demand of additional applications and to ensure the timely review and award of these funds, OCI is seeking contract services for application review and evaluation. To effectively review applications for the Brownfield Remediation Program, respondents must demonstrate a strong combination of analytical, regulatory, and technical skills to ensure projects meet program goals and statutory requirements.
