Marin County Department of Public Works (County) is seeking technical proposals for Preliminary Engineering, Environmental, Right of Way, PS&E Design and Construction Support Services for the preparation, execution, and completion of work outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The selected Consultant will provide these services to assist the County with the Lucas Valley Road Bridge Replacement at Miller Creek (Bridge No. 27C0016) Project - BRLO-5927(139) through the construction phase.
